Birthday Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your event. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your birthday party event.
Cancellation requests made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will be refunded in full, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees paid. Cancellation requests made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid and no refund will be issued.
If you need to reschedule your event less than two weeks prior to the original party date, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as an illness, natural disaster or severe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the event at a mutually agreeable time and date. There will be a rebooking fee of $50. This fee covers the costs associated with adjusting our schedule and staffing to ensure that we have adequate resources available for your rescheduled event.
